Out-of-Network PPO Insurance

If your PPO plan is not listed above, we still welcome you! We accept ALL PPO dental insurance plans.

For out-of-network patients, payment is due at the time of service. As a courtesy, our team will:

• Verify your child's out-of-network benefits in advance
• Submit a pre-estimate to your insurance company when needed
• File claims on your behalf after each visit

Your insurance company will then reimburse you directly based on your plan's benefits. Many PPO plans cover a significant portion of preventive care, and some cover it in full, even out-of-network.
